Nathan Law is an activist, author, and political dissident from Hong Kong. He rose to prominence as a student leader during the «Umbrella Movement» in 2014 and, at 23, became the youngest ever elected member of Hong Kong’s Legislative Council. After going into exile in 2020, he continued his advocacy worldwide, addressing heads of state and government on authoritarianism and freedoms. He was named to TIME’s 100 Most Influential People and nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize, and is the author of the book «Freedom: How We Lose It and How We Fight Back». Nathan Law lives in exile in London.
