Rebecca Rukeyser

is originally from Davis, California, and lives in Berlin. A graduate of the Iowa Writers’ Workshop, she teaches creative writing, most recently at the Heinrich Heine University Düsseldorf and at Bard College Berlin. She has received a work stipend for non-German literature from the Berlin Senate and was included in the »Best American Nonrequired Reading« anthology. She published her debut novel »The Seaplane on Final Approach« in 2022.
