Peter Marggraf

born 1947 in Ehlbeck, he is a sculptor and illustrator. He learned his craft at the Werkkunstschule in Hannover and at the Staatlichen Hochschule für Bildende Künste Hamburg. He was appointed a Master student in 1981. He is the founder of the San Marco Handpresse, launched in 1996. Marggraf has received numerous awards for his work, including the Lower Saxony Art Prize and the Bordenau Foundation Cultural Prize.
