Marcella Melien

born in 1992 in Wiesbaden, Germany, Melien started writing fantasy novels when she was young, the moved on to short stories. After graduating secondary school, she studied the book trade and publishing in Leipzig, as well as creative writing and arts journalism in Hildesheim, where she is now working toward a masters in creative writing. She has won the Hessen-Thuringia young literature forum several times, and the »Treffen junger Autoren.« Melien has published in magazines and anthologies.
