Mara Delius

born in 1979, studied at Stanford University and King’s College London, where in 2008 she completed her doctorate with a thesis on photography in literature. She then reported for »Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung« as well as for English magazines from New York City and Washington DC. In 2011, Delius joined the culture section of »Die Welt«. Since 2017 she is the head of the literature section and in charge of the weekly literary supplement »Literarische Welt«.
