Annegret Bendiek

holds a doctorate in political science. She was a research assistant at the Chair of Political Science in the Department of Sociology at Bielefeld University from 2003-2005. In 2014, she sat on the planning staff of the German Foreign Office in 2014. She was a lecturer at the postgraduate program in European Studies at the FU and TU Berlin until 2020, since then she has been deputy research group leader of »EU/Europa« at the Stiftung Wissenschaft und Politik (SWP). She conducts research on issues related to the Common Foreign and Security Policy and European cyber security.
