»Literature Behind Bars« is an annual event organized by the ilb that brings renowned authors and their work into Berlin prisons. This year, Anton Weil will read from his debut novel »Super einsam« [tr. Super Lonely] – the story of a son reading the diary of his late mother and coming to terms with the lonely, anxious, and frustrating world he will live in without her. A text between reality and dream – with an »enormous pull«. [WDR5]
The reading will be accessible to a small outside public at the JVA des Offenen Vollzuges Berlin. Tickets for this event are only available online. Please bring a valid ID document with you to the event, which is a requirement for admission.
