Material and narrative theater workshop
After their mother’s death, Orla finds some familial comfort with her grandmother in Ireland – if only her annoying brother Apollo weren’t there too. But when their grandmother suddenly disappears and fairies, pukas, and giants begin to appear, Orla and her brother must team up to save her. This fast-paced adventure compassionately follows two siblings navigating grief, with help arriving in all sorts of unexpected forms.
What happens in the workshop?
Based on the mythical creatures and legends in the book, we create our own creatures from various (natural) materials and use them to tell an extended version of selected stories.
