Theater workshop
1947/48: After her liberation from a concentration camp, Tessa flees to Jerusalem, where she meets Mo, a Palestinian who lost his father in a terrorist attack. 2023: Anat is serving in the Israeli army when, during a deployment, she encounters Karim, a teenager living in a refugee camp in the West Bank. Told across two timelines and from four perspectives, this carefully researched novel offers a sensitive and multifaceted portrayal of the Middle East conflict. A powerful plea for dialogue – no matter how difficult it may be.
What happens in the workshop?
In our workshop we take a playful, theatrical approach to the book – without cramming the text, but with plenty of space for personal expression.
