Yuliia Кozlovets

is a cultural manager and the Director of the International Book Arsenal Festival (IBAF) in Kyiv, Ukraine. A member of the festival team since 2012, she first curated the Program for Children and Teens before taking on responsibility for coordinating the entire event over the past four years. With a professional background that includes co-owning an independent bookshop and extensive experience in promoting children’s literature, art projects, and non-formal education, she brings multifaceted expertise to her role. At IBAF, her work is dedicated to positioning the Ukrainian literary and artistic community within the global cultural landscape.
