born in Plzeň, Czech Republic, in 1988, Taťána Rubášová is a screenwriter, former reporter, and prose writer. She studied Screenwriting and Dramaturgy at FAMU in Prague, with her shortfilms winning several awards. For nearly a decade, she reported f or Czech Television, covering news and culture. She now works in PR at the Faculty of Design and Art, University of West Bohemia, and runs Vila Tábor 17, a cultural center she founded. Her graphic novel series has been published into five languages. Rubášová lives in Plzeň.
