Steffen Richter is a literary theorist, critic, and anthologist. Since 2021, he has been the coordinator of the Research Training Group «Wissens- und Literaturgeschichte kleiner Formen» (tr. Scientific and Literary History of Small Forms) at Humboldt University Berlin. His work focuses on the relationship between literature and technology as well as theories of space and time, and he writes as a journalist, among others for the »Tagesspiegel«. At Matthes & Seitz Berlin, he edits the journal «Dritte Natur» (tr. Third Nature). Richter lives in Berlin.
