»Freedom is nothing but a chance to be better« (Camus). An event to mark the 10th anniversary of 9/11

The terrorist attacks of 9/11 and the brutal reaction they provoked have shaped the early 21st century. What has happened since then has however not made our world any safer. All attempts to protect »freedom« have only served to further confine us and forced us to become more cautious.
The »Literary concert« on the occasion of the 10th anniversary of the attacks of September 11th 2001 presents writers from all around the world. The participants will take turns on stage in groups of five to seven, and present various perspectives on the past decade and the theme of the event. The event's host is the Berlin-based British author and co-founder of »Authors for Peace«, Priya Basil.
This event will be held in English.
