Four eminent writers discuss their works, looking into their origins and inspirations: Priya Basil’s “The Obscure Logic of the Heart”, Carol Birch’s “Jamrach’s Menagerie”, Eric-Emmanuel Schmitt’s “La femme au miroir” (“The Woman in the Mirror”), and Zeruya Shalev’s “Für den Rest des Lebens” (“For the Rest of Their Lives”). The second fiction revue will focus on “adventures of the soul” – the unavoidable challenges of life, the difficulty of self-recognition, and the limits of being human.
After the debates, the authors will read from their novels.
